Just a Few Guidelines.

Entry & security

You will need the code given to you in your check-in information to obtain the key in the lock box for your door; loss of house key is $25.00. You are responsible for locking the door behind you to keep you and your items safe!

quiet hours

Please be considerate of our other guests and neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum between the hours of 11pm - 9am.

Hot tub area

The hot tub is open year round and daily - we ask that you observe quiet hours while in use during those times.

This is a community area available to all of our guests. Please cover the tub after each use and turn off the lights.

Drinks are welcome, but for your safety please no glassware or glass bottles.

No food is allowed in the hot tub area.

Bathing suits are required at all times.

Children 12 and under must have parental supervision while using the hot tub.

Out of respect for our neighbors and also for your safety, please refrain from exploring the surrounding woods.

This entire property is non-smoking.

No fireworks at any time.

No firearms allowed on the premise.

kitchen

Please run the dishwasher with your used dishes before leaving. Dishwasher detergent is provided for you.

Upon check out, please bring your trash to our recycling/trash center located outside of your unit.

animals

We are happy to schedule a meet and greet with out dog, Snuffleupagus. We ask that you do not approach him without one of the innkeepers being present.

Our dog is very friendly but also very protective of our front door and his fenced in pen - please do not approach his pen without an inn keeper.

Currently we do not allow guests to bring their own pets or emotional service animals.
